Paul is a father, an ex convicted felon, a published author, endurance athlete and philanthropist.
He is the Owner/Director of What4 Services and Turley Books.
Paul founded the not-for-profit charitable organization, What4.Org Ltd, in 2025 to honour the memory of his victim, Mr. Yuk Wai Leung, and to continue supporting road users from all walks of life into the future.

Lucky to survive, Paul now shares the events that led to this tragedy, the resilience he developed to live with the repercussions of his actions, and the lessons and skills he developed while navigating prison as a young offender. Through his experiences, he now gives back by teaching others how to build resilience and make better decisions in their own lives.
